TSUKI Tokyo will hold a sake fair from July 1, 2024, offering the DASSAI series of sake from Asahi Shuzo. DASSAI are now highly popular both in Japan and abroad, and in September 2023, the company completed its first overseas sake brewery, DASSAI BLUE New York Brewery, in New York State, U.S.A., and launched a new brand, DASSAI BLUE. At this year’s sake fair, visitors will be able to enjoy “DASSAI BLUE TYPE 50,” which has landed in New York, in addition to “DASSAI” one of Japan’s most popular premium Japanese sake.
